Mavis Property Group is a property investment company established by Sophia Lomer & Chris Law. With a passion for design, we specialise in revitalising neglected buildings into beautiful and practical spaces.
Our our pre-incorporation portfolio has been built from from 28 years combined experience in property investment and management, and currently includes 9 held properties, ranging from buy-to-lets to serviced accommodations.

Committed to raising standards of rental accomodation, we invest in properties to generate rental income. Additionally, we focus on transforming neglected buildings into exceptional, beautifully designed homes.
For 2025, our focus is on ground-up developments, commercial-to-residential conversions, and Co-Living spaces.
